The Inkerman Cane Growers Organisation Limited (ICGO) has established B.I.G. CO-OP LTD (B.I.G.) as part of their strategic plan. The Cooperative is to perform the function of commercial enabler for the Inkerman cane growers into ventures that the ICGO itself is incapable of bringing to fruition.

B.I.G. has been formed intentionally with no geographic boundary and no prerequisite for a shareholder to also qualify as a cane grower. The reason for this simply is to allow the Cooperative to develop economic mass not otherwise available to the Inkerman cane growers in their capacity as a component of a sector in the sugar industry.
